She joined the college in 1995. She has done her M. Phil on “Mahila Police ni Samajik Purvabhumika: Ek Samajshastriya Abhyas" from Sardar Patel university, Vallabh Vidyanagar. She has completed her Ph. D. from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in 2007. His Ph D. thesis on "Policewomen in Gujarat: A Sociological Study" has been revised and published recently in book form under the title "Women in Policing". She has also done research at college level and has completed a project work on " The Socio-cultural Background of Students of Savli College". She has published papers in IJSSL and has presented papers at State and National/ International seminars and conferences. She has been a life member of the All India Sociological Society. She has been the co-convenor of the College Women Development Cell (CWDC). She has been working as the College Nodal Officer for AISHE. At present, she is the In-Charge Principal of the college from 15th June, 2015.

She organizes lectures, debate competitions and organizes cultural events and anti-ragging awareness programs by arranging interface meetings of students with police officers, lawyers and judges. He joined the institution in 1995. He has done a Post Graduate Diploma Course in English Studies from CIEFL, Hyderabad. He has done his M. Litt thesis on "Rousseau' s Discourse on Inequality and the Question of Enlightenment" from the same institution. He has done his Ph. D. at MS University of Baroda and his thesis on " English Education and the Question of Indian nationalism: A perspective on the Vernacular" has been published. He has got Research Grants from Social Science Research Council, New York for Comparative and Collaborative research. At present, he is part of an International Research Network funded by the Arts and Humanities Council, UK. He has been invited to present papers at International Seminars in Sri Lanka, Nepal, Dubai, United Kingdom and France. His areas of interest are in Nineteenth Century Gujarati Literature and Dalit Literature in Gujarat. He has been translating Gujarati literary works into English. He has worked as part of a team appointed by the University Book Production Board, Gujarat State for preparing English text books under the CBCS System. Besides, he has been working as a Research Guide and has worked as Resource Person at UGC sponsored Refresher Courses. He is part of the SAPTADHARA activities in the college.

He joined the institution in 2004. His areas of specialization are English Fiction and Nineteenth Century Gujarati Travel Writing. He is a member of the Forum for Contemporary Theory. He has been doing Event Management work for literary activities organized by Gujarat Sahitya Akademi. He is part of Trekking and Mountaineering Networks like Juvenile Adventures and Auro Adventures. He is in charge of the College Nature Adventure Club. He has been working closely with the Gujarat University Youth and Culture Department and the Gujarat Forest Department. He periodically organizes cycling and trekking events for students and ensures student participation in Forest, Desert and Marine Camps organized by the University and the State Forest Department. He is an avid bird watcher and a snake catcher. He organizes Clean-the-Campus activities, invites Speakers and screens films in order to spread environmental awareness among students. He translates Gujarati literary works into English and of late he has started writing poems in Gujarati. He is part of the SAPTADHARA activities in the college.

He joined the institution in 2007. He has done his M.Phil. on "The Postmodernist Concerns in the Novels of Salman Rushdie". His Ph. D was on "The Novels of Raja Rao, Mulk Raj Anand and R.K. Narayan: A Study in Gandhian Ideology". His area of specialization is Indian Literature in English. He has published two books, eight research papers and has written two articles. He is working as a Research Guide and also editing a journal. He has attended State and National level seminars. He is an Associate NCC Officer and is in charge of the College NCC unit. He has been deputed by the 3 Gujarat NCC Battalion, Baroda as Contingent Commander at various National Camps. He has been teaching various Certificate Courses and Modules to the NCC students in the College. He is part of the SAPTADHARA activities in the college.

He joined the institution in 1992. At present he is heading the Economics Department. He is a life member of the Gujarat Economic Association and Gujarat University Economics Study Circle. He has finished his Ph. D. course work and his thesis on "Impact of Socio Economic Effects of Rural Development Scheme with reference to Tapi and Navsari District" is in progress. He has published articles on Constitutional Rights of Adivasis and Rural Development. He has presented papers both at State and National Level Seminars and Conferences. His area of specialization is Rural Development and Micro Economics. He has collected and published a book of devotional songs popular among the Adivasis in South Gujarat. He joined the institution in 2007. His Ph.D is on "The Impact of Watershed Development Program on Agriculture and Rural Development with reference to Saurashtra". His areas of specialization are Rural Development and International Economics. At present, he is working on a UGC sponsored Minor Research Project on "The Impact of MNREGA on Wage Rates and Rural Urban Migration". He has PG teaching experience and has been working as a PH. D. guide. He has edited one book and has published papers and co-authored many text-books. He works as Visiting Fellow at Universities. He delivers Expert Lectures at BISAG and KCG. He is getting invited as Resource Person at State and National Level Seminars and Conferences. He is a member of the Gujarat Economic Association and Gujarat University Economics Study Circle. He attends seminars/ at State/National/International Level. He is the Program Officer of the NSS unit in the college and has received Best Program Officer Award. He has five years of PG teaching experience. She is a member of the Gujarat Psychology Association and Gujarat University Adhyapak Mandal. She has published papers in HESMA, a research journal. She has attended seminars and conferences at both state/national and international level. She has been in charge of the UDISHA CLUB, a Career and Placement Cell constituted with an order from the office of the Commissioner of Higher Education, Gandhinagar. She has organized lectures on Professional Courses, Employment Opportunities, Career Prospects and Self Employment. She has conducted educational tours to Government/Non-government Organizations and Industries. She has also arranged Training Classes for competitive examinations. She has been the Convenor of the College Cultural Committee and oversees the College Annual Day Celebrations. During his Masters in Physical Education, he wrote a thesis on "A Comparative Study of Physical Fitness, Haemoglobin Level and IQ of BPE Students of Mahadev Desai Saririk Sikshyan Mahavidyalay, Sadara" His M Phil thesis from Gujarat Vidyapeeth was on "A Comparative Study of BMI and Health Related Sickness of Different Age Level Teachers of Physical Education of Gujarat State". At present, he is pursuing his Ph. D degree in the same institution and is writing a dissertation on "The Impact of Physical Educational Facilities on Physical Fitness and IQ of Students of 8th and 9th Class". He has stood First in the University in both his B.P.E. and M.Phil. examination.
